The FLIP & FLY Rostock trampoline and action arena offers plenty for young and old to experience on over 3,000 m²: Trampolines as far as the eye can see - or just jump your feet!

There is something for every level: while younger guests and trampoline beginners can improve their skills undisturbed in separate children's areas and smaller courses, ambitious amateur jumpers will reach their limits on the larger freerunning courses.

But FLIP & FLY stands for more than just trampolines: You can test your stamina and skill on the Ninja Warrior course or in a contest of strength on the "Battle Beam" and the "Power Tower". Or have you always wanted to know what it's like to land in a giant pillow? Then jump into the airbag of 2 different trampolines and land in the softer alternative to conventional foam pits.
The Dodgeball Arena, on the other hand, is a classic two-court ball arena that offers a unique combination of fun and sport for all ages and fitness levels.

Spectators pay no admission and can still experience the unique FLIP & FLY atmosphere with good music. Paired with a delicious coffee or snacks, even watching in the cosy lounge area is fun.
