    10th audio file: Start of Activation

    The audio tour of the circular route of the Thalasso Therapy Trail 6 takes you from the spa gardens in Warnemünde across the wide Warnemünde beach in a westerly direction. From the Wilhelmshöhe restaurant, the return route runs through the coastal forest and along the lakeside promenade back to the starting point. On your hike, learn about thalassotherapy, beach finds and the effect of the forest on your health and relax for a short while with breathing and stretching exercises!
