Fileo Kaffeemanufaktur GmbH, with its registered trademark "Brack Kaffeemanufaktur", operates an organic-certified coffee roasting plant in the speciality coffee sector with an associated factory outlet and mail order business.

After the green coffee has been purchased, the green beans are processed in-house, taking into account the intended preparation method. In this way, our roasting drum produces filter coffees, espressos or even a caffé crème for different extraction methods.

As a contract roasting company, we provide our customers with full support in product development. On request, we also train and advise all enthusiasts and interested parties on all aspects of coffee.
