Since March 2016, our award-winning gourmet restaurant Der Butt has been located on the top floor of our restaurant pavilion directly in the marina. The new gourmet destination now offers a stylish ambience with a view of the Baltic Sea in addition to award-winning star cuisine.
Tuesdays to Saturdays from 6 pm, head chef André Münch and restaurant manager Thomas Heimann spoil their guests with culinary delights and a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and our marina. Andrè Münch was honoured by the "Gault&Millau" 2020 restaurant guide as the rising star of the year in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. He received 18 out of 20 possible points for maximum creativity and the best possible preparation.
